After School Clubs
This committee is coming up with some great after school activities to keep our rhinos busy after the school day has ended so stayed tuned to this page for updates!
All clubs take place on campus after school. Participants will remain in their classrooms until All Call. At that time, their teacher will lead them to the Club instructor.
Junior Chess Club

A club for third and fourth grade students to learn about the history of chess, the names of each piece, the moves of each piece, and how to strategize while playing an opponent.
A children's chess guide and chess set is included!
Day: Wednesdays (April 2nd-May 7th)
no session April 23rd
Time: Dismissal until 4:30pm
Leader/Location: Mrs. Whitten (in her 3rd grade classroom)
Cost: $100
Registration is first come first serve with limited availability. Deadline to register is 3/28.
Gardening Club

In this club, fourth & fifth grade students will find a sunny spot on campus with Mrs. Compton and learn the basics of gardening. This is a "grow and take" club, allowing participants to take home what they've grown at the end of the session.
Day: Wednesdays (April 2nd-May 14th, no session 4/23)
Time: 3:45pm-4:45pm
Leaders/Location: Mrs. Compton (located on the lower school campus)
Cost: $40

Spring Rhino Runners

Lace up your sneakers! In this club, first through fourth graders will burn that after school energy while learning proper running form and how to increase endurance!
Day: Thursdays (April 3rd-May 8th, no session 4/24)
Time: 3:30pm-4:30pm
Leader/Location: Mrs. Manor (located on the lower school campus)
Cost: $50
